TELFORD, PA — Wilmington Savings Fund Society (www.wsfsbank.com), one of Delaware's largest banks, has selected Cernotics to provide a custom online application for handling all the internal training and tracking needs for the human resources department. This Learning Management System (LMS) will automate classroom training, on-line training as well as the new hire process.
Cernotics was selected for this project because of their experience in large-scale implementation projects and expertise in the training and tracking environment. Working closely with WSFS, Cernotics is able to deliver a customized software solution that fits the needs exactly.
